Chae Yeon transforms into a rock girl for the "Stuff" Magazine Cover September Issue 2009, letting everyone see the side that has never been seen before.
Awhile ago, "Stuff" magazine had created a brand new image for Clazziquai member, Horan for the cover page which became a hot topic among netizens. This time, "Stuff" has created a new image for Chae Yeon as a sexy rock girl.
Chae Yeon had changed outfits during the very short time, from elegant night gown with'electrifying' eyes and sexy expression, it caused much admiration for the staff.
The person who was in charge of this photoshoot says "Although we were a bit worried about changing Chae Yeon to a rock girl image, but she was able to mix the feelings of rock and sexiness together which resulted in a good photoshoot."

"I don't consider Chae Yeon unnie as my unnie, she's like a mother. I don't have much celebrity friends, but unnie is the best person I could have possibly met," she also says "Chae Yeon unnie has a very good personality and I find it quite rare for people to have such personality."

According to Chae Yeon's management company, Chae Yeon will be releasing a brand new Chinese album in October. In comparison to the previous Chinese album, this album will bring fans much more suprise and new songs.
After the Torch Relay for the East Asian Games, a group of singers - Eason Chan, Alan Tam, Hacken Lee, Joey Yung, Chae Yeon and many more participated in the "East Asian Games Night Event"
Korean singer, Chae Yeon worked with Eason for the first time, she revealed that she felt very honoured. It was the first time, that the two officialy met, the both of them continously bowed to greet each other causing the atmosphere to be quite funny. Although, there was a language barrier, Eason expressed that Chae Yeon is quite a sexy and cute person. He also anticipates to work with her again.

She basically said that she is very happy to participate in the event and also sing for the themesong. I think she was shocked that the host was able to understand Korean, judging from her expression at the end XD

To be honest, I don't really like this photo. For some reason, all these cosmetic photos..they seem to edit the photo so much that it makes the stars looking different to me.

Slow updates for the coming week or so. Yeonie will also be heading to HK for several events from the 28th-30th. Also, the Incheon Korean Wave festival was supposed to be on the 22nd of August but has now been postponed to the 5th of September. Artists who have been organised to perform may change depending on their schedule plans. Hopefully, Yeonie will be still performing!
Singer, Chae Yeon gets teary on the variety program "Star Junior" as she expresses that she regrets not being able to go to a public bathouse once with her mother.
On the variety program, SBS Star Junior, Chae Yeon says "I feel very unfilial towards my mother not being able to go with her."
Chae Yeon says "Before debut because I was in Japan working so I was not able to go with her, after debut due to my sexy star image I was not able to go to a public bathouse. Each time she goes alone, she comes back saying 'Others have their daughter to accompany them.' I always feel very guilty after hearing this."
During the program, Chae Yeon specially revealed "At home, I act as a strong daughter. In front of my parents, I have never cried." After, Chae Yeon's mother read out the letter she had written for her daughter. Hearing the letter contents, Chae Yeon wasn't able to bear it and had got teary, causing the audience to feel their family love.
Towards the end of the program, Chae Yeon and her mother performed "Shake" together revealing their deep motherly love. The program will air on the 22nd of August at 5:15pm.
Chae Yeon Will Represent Korea at the East Asian Games
Singer, Chae Yeon will be Korea's representative for the 2009 East Asian Games. Chae Yeon had finished recording the themesong in 2008. On the 28th of August, at the grand opening in Hong Kong there will be singers from various countries coming together to perform the themesong.
"We hope that Chae Yeon will be able to perform the song in mandarin, to give more encouragement to Korean athletes."

Yeonie makes a special appearance on 2PM's Wild Bunny. It was a pity that Jay wasn't there! Would've love to see their interaction! :D Just to let everyone know, I love seeing Yeonie with 2PM. So, hopefully in the future, they get to work together in some way! :D
The photo below is taken from the recent fanmeeting Yeonie had with her fans to celebrate her 6th year anniversary. The photo was taken at the end of the fanmeeting. Going to stand at the doorway, Yeonie is shaking EVERY fans hand and bidding them goodbye. This is the first time, I've ever heard of a artist waiting at the door to shake fans hand as they leave!
That's what I love about her, she's so down to earth. She cherishes EVERY SINGLE ONE OF HER FANS.
Special stage with Hyomin (T-ara), Kim HyunA (4 Minute), Jeon Ji Yoon (4 Minute) and Han Seung Yeon (Kara). I thought they did a decent job, but no one can beat the original! :D
